Leibinger's fully automatic nozzle sealing technology is unique in the market. During a printing break, the nozzle and gutter close and the ink is sealed in an airtight circuit. Nothing dries and nothing clogs, so there's nothing to clean.

What makes Leibinger different from other CIJ printers?
Leibinger's automatic nozzle sealing (Sealtronic) seals the ink in an airtight circuit whenever printing stops. That prevents clogging, removes the need for cleaning routines, and allows instant start and stop. Combined with German build quality and low consumable use, it gives one of the lowest total costs of ownership in CIJ.
Which Leibinger model is right for me?
The JET1 NEO suits limited or seasonal volumes with up to 4 print lines. The JET2 NEO is the everyday workhorse, adding Ethernet connectivity and soft-pigmented ink options. The JET3 UP is for demanding applications: up to 5 lines, 403 m/min, pigmented inks and IP65 washdown. Tell us about your line and we'll recommend one.
Are they suitable for 24/7 production?
Yes. Leibinger printers are built for continuous, heavy-duty use, with stainless-steel enclosures, IP54 protection as standard (IP65 available on JET3 UP) and minimal maintenance.
How much solvent will I save?
Because the nozzle is sealed during breaks, far less solvent is lost to flushing and evaporation, and the optional EcoSolv technology reduces it further. Send us your current printer model and monthly solvent use and we'll compare your running costs.

How long does installation take?
Typically 1–2 hours, including operator training. Leibinger printers are true plug & print, and standard models don't need compressed air.
Can it integrate with my line and systems?
Yes. Leibinger printers support sensors, encoders and I/O signals. JET2 NEO and JET3 UP add Ethernet, and JET3 UP adds RS232 for ERP/MES and database connectivity. Leibinger Connect remote monitoring is available as an option.
What support and warranty do I get?
